Taking the liberty of speaking for the rest of the ASU Sailing Team, I can safely say that we all had a blast at the US Sailing Center in Long Beach. The week of intensive coaching and sailing is something that will help us hone our skills for the future. Being pushed forward all the time, we excelled and developed new skills and improved existing skills to help us achieve new levels of sailing speed. By engaging our coach, we learned more about the boat and how to sail it than we’d learned before. The whole week was about us beingĀ responsibleĀ for our own personal and team development.
